For our important client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an experienced:
SALES MANAGER PLANT – BASED APIs
The Ideal candidate’s expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for herbal extracts in Europe and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas.
– Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
– Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives
– Achieve sales targets and KPI’s set by the company.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Desired experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field.
– 5 -10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have)
– Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
– Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas.
– Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and generic drug manufacturers.
– Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language
– English fluent
– Any other additional European language is a plus
