The Accessories & Footwear Product Management Intern will support the go-to-market process of the specific product categories within the Accessories & Footwear lines. The Accessories & Footwear Product Management Intern will work closely with the Accessories and Footwear team (Designers’ R&D Team’ Merchandising team) and with other relevant departments (Wholesale’ Retail’ Licensing’ E-Commerce) – to ensure product offer is well balanced in terms of sales expectations’ image (brand DNA) and product value.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support the Accessories and Footwear team by keeping record of the exact product line structure’ advising Accessories & Footwear team and other relevant teams of what we do have in the current or requested collection.
– Support with product presentations’ for both Line Openings and Merchant Meetings. This will include support with actual product and with power points.
– Support with product and catalogues archives creation and management.
ACTIVITIES
– Support product research in terms of critical trends (relevant to the brand DNA) and competition analysis
– Support with product presentations (power point’ canva’ keynote) for critical interaction with other departments and external clients’ to perfectly showcase the collections.
– Coordination with analysis / merchandising team for data pulling retrieval (best sellers’ worst sellers’ performance data)
– Support with archives creation and management; support in catalogues creation and archives’ coordinating with our external graphic design studio
– Support with Line opening set-up both in terms of presentation and exits racks’ efficiently coordinating with R&D team and VM one
– Help with product retrieval for Marketing / Visual Merchandising campaigns and activities’ coordinating with Warehouses / General Service departments
– Supporting product development department with communicating technical line sheets data to other departments
– Support with CADs if needed
Requirements
– Interest for accessories/footwear industry. Knowledge of Man Accessories and Footwear Fashion Market is preferred.
– Excellent Office Package knowledge’ including graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator’ Photoshop’ Canva’ etc.
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Proactivity and outstanding attitude
– Good organizational and planning skills
– Handling requests in a professional and diplomatic way
– High levels of self-management’ flexibility’ reactivity and adaptability
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels

– Problem solving and negotiating skills
– Fluent English both written and spoken
