Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Demand Generation Manager to spearhead the creation and development of the Hirematic (our job ad platform) marketing team. This is a pivotal role that involves establishing the marketing infrastructure from the ground up’ encompassing both content creation and paid marketing strategies. What you will do – Managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms – Design and implement a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to generate inbound warm leads’ supporting the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in their outreach efforts. – Select and implement the most effective tools and methodologies for our marketing processes’ bringing in industry best practices to optimize performance. – Work closely with our CRM platform (currently Hubspot)’ with flexibility to recommend and transition to other systems if deemed more effective. – Build and lead the Hirematic marketing team’ including recruitment and management of a content creator and a paid marketing specialist. – Oversee the marketing budget’ ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact and efficiency. – Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align marketing goals with overall company objectives. Who you are – Proven experience in marketing automation and team leadership’ ideally within a technology or software environment. – Strong background in developing and executing successful marketing strategies’ particularly in generating inbound leads. – Experience in budget management and resource allocation. – Proficiency in CRM systems’ with a preference for candidates familiar with Hubspot or similar platforms. – Excellent leadership skills’ with the ability to build’ mentor’ and guide a high-performing marketing team. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills’ coupled with a results-driven mindset. – Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
