We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join a prestigious international based company in the industrial sector. This is a temporary full-time, fully remote position.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
– Fluent in English and Italian.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and talent acquisition
– Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Results-oriented and a team player.
– Ready to be part of a multi-cultural and international team.

Responsabilit :

Responsibilities:
– Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR support and guidance.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Conduct performance management and talent development activities
– Take leading HR role for the associate onboarding and off boarding processes.
