For an international company we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Overseeing payroll processing for all employees.
– Managing social insurance matters (AVS, AI, IPG, LPP, IF control, salary certificates, maternity/military leave, AF, sick leave, and injury).
– Preparing annual accounts for AVS, tax at source, and insurance administration and reporting.
– Handling private health coverage for non-EU foreign branches.
– Managing work permits and visa requests in collaboration with external consultants.
– Drafting employment contracts and work certificates.
– Supervising internship programs and related processes.
– Implementing labor law changes and ensuring compliance.
– Managing personnel in EU and non-EU branches, ensuring legal and tax compliance.
– Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee separation processes..
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, preferably in a medium or large company.
– Full autonomy in payroll management.
– Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus).
– Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and international employment regulations.
– HR Assistant certification required; HR Specialist certification is a plus.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Autonomous in managing personnel-related accounting.
– Experience in an international environment managing personnel across multiple countries (EU and non-EU).
