Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a

ICT Security Specialist

Reporting to the ICT Networking, Security and Services Manager

The resource will be part of the Cybersecurity team, managing the security systems in a global and complex infrastructure. The main tasks will be configuration, management, monitoring and analysis of security systems at global level; interacting with colleagues from all the group to support or to deliver new cyber security projects or implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Security management:

-Configure, manage, implement, install security systems such as Firewall, Intrusion Prevention Vulnerability Management, Virtual Patching, etc ;

-Provide specific security support to colleagues or to local help desks in the countries;

-Troubleshoot network and security issues and incidents;

-Participate in the response of security incidents.

• User and device Security Management:

-Monitor and manage security tools dedicated to the users (Antivirus, Patching, Client Url Filtering etc…) in order to keep a high level of security and governance of the users and of their devices;

-Manage security policies for the users;

-Establish best practices and standards .

• Project Management:

-Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of CyberSecurity projects;

-Deliver the solution to the end users (roll-out);

• Evolution/Scouting for solutions/capabilities and technologies: overall scouting for potential new software, technologies, services.

Required Qualifications/Skills

University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
Good proficiency (verbal and written) in English;
Experience in ICT Security or ICT Security Certification;
Basic experience in Networking;
Project management fundamentals;
Experience with security compliance audits and assessments is preferred;
Knowledge of relevant security regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, HIPAA)
Experience with security awareness and training programs;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail;
