Role: SAP Project Manager
PERMANENT position
Location: Mendrisio – Ticino
We are looking for a SAP Project Manager for an important end user company based in Switzerland:
What you will do:
– Oversee demand activities by working with department managers to understand and develop SAP-supported processes, and collaboratively define project requirements and business cases.
– Identify and manage vendors for SAP development, assisting the IT Manager through all project phases from feasibility to production release.
– Engage internal clients throughout the SAP project, including needs assessment, process mapping, User Acceptance Testing, and training.
– Maintain a group of SAP Key Users to stay updated on SAP developments, suggest improvements, and provide training and support to other users.
– Support SAP-related issues by managing user requests, monitoring problems, and working with the SAP Competence Centre or vendors as needed.
Ideal profile:
– Extensive experience in managing SAP implementation projects, specifically in the modules MM, PP, and SD.
– Degree or equivalent education.
