We are seeking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst responsible for analysing complex data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves leveraging business intelligence tools, collaborating with various departments, and enhancing reporting capabilities to drive business performance. Deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. Enhance the organization’s reporting capabilities through effective use of BI tools. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Senior BI Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between data and decision-making within an organization. By leveraging analytical skills and BI tools, this position significantly contributes to improving business performance and achieving strategic goals.
Skills required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s) is a plus.
– 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms., preferably in an industrial and international environment.
– Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced analytics is an advantage.
– Familiarity with data warehousing, datalake concepts and ETL.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of business processes and industry best practices.
Key tasks and responsibilities:

– Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
– BI Tool Management: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Halo) to create visualizations and interactive dashboards. Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in reporting tools and dashboards.
– Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business units to gather requirements and understand their data needs. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making processes.
– Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives or answer critical business questions. Present findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the system.
– Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into business performance.
– Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and team members in best practices for data analysis and BI tool usage. Conduct training sessions to empower users in utilizing BI tools effectively.
– Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics. Identify opportunities for improving BI processes and reporting capabilities.
– Process Optimization: Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement using SAP B1 functionalities. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement best practices.
– Collaboration and Stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales.
